These innovative engine temp. scanners are the ultimate in aircraft instrumentation. The scanners are available for single or twin engine aircraft and can feature either EGT on all cylinders or EGT and CHT on all cylinders. The system automatically scans each cylinder every five seconds and displays its temp. in large, bright red digits in a standard 2-1/4" panel mount. The EGT analyzer provides accurate, fast-response indication of fuel-air mixture for positive mixture control in single and multi-engine aircraft. On the combination EGT-CHT system, the EGT analyzer scans thru allall cylinders followed by the CHT analyzer scanning through all cylinders. 

The CHT analyzer even features an Over-Temp alarm when extreme temperatures are reached. Warning of early engine failure can only be achieved by constant monitoring of each cylinder, which is exactly what these new scanners provide. Each kit comes complete with one electronic EGT and/or CHT digital scanner, power lead, all mounting screws, and required hardware. All single-engine kits are shipped with eight feet of Teflon coated Type K thermocouple wire per probe and twenty feet per probe for twins. EGT and/or CHT probes (bayonet type CHT probes are shipped with kit unless "S" is added to the part number for spark plug gasket probes) are included with the kits.
