Description:

The EGT-100 is a color EGT instrument that provides real-time display of each
cylinder, in either automatic (hottest cylinder), timed step mode or single selected
cylinder. These instruments are available four and six cylinder configurations.

Instruments with a “V” suffix contain a full function voltmeter on an additional
display screen, selectable using the control switch.

Exhaust gas temperature functionality is TSO'd and meets the temperature
accuracy requirements of SAE AS8005 for a Class IIa (+/- 1%) instrument. The
STC applies to 699 different aircraft models. These instruments and kits are
certified as primary replacement instruments.

Functional displays include:

Hottest cylinder selects the hottest cylinder at any given time
Step mode sequentially scans all cylinders at a 5 second scan rate
Single cylinder mode allows one specific cylinder to be monitored
The optional voltmeter screen displays the bus voltage
Intensity control is via the front panel control switch or external intensity
control
