The Bycan PS -28100 is the latest to join the family of power supplies and battery chargers for commercial aircraft servicing. This model was designed for Pilatus aircraft which require a maximum output of 29Vdc into the aircraft avionics.

This equipment will provide the amps needed for gear retraction tests as well as the filtered power for all types of avionics service.

The PS-28100 will furnish up to 100 amps at 28 VDC. It plugs into the APU connector on the engine cowling and automatically disconnects the battery so that it will not be drained by the servicing processes. A valuable ramp accessory. 

The other units in the Bycan family of aircraft power supplies and battery chargers include the PS-2850, 28 volt, 50 amps this unit comes also with battery charging capability. Another model is the RB-14/28-25 (AKA, the Red Baron) dual DC output voltage14 or 28 volt, 25 amps. All APU models have a filtered DC output voltage to eliminate humming noise.
