Regarding the Wash Wax All: How long does the application last before a new treatment is needed? I'm more concerned with the anti-static properties.
This would depend on the environment that the aircraft is in. If it is kept outside then about every 3 months. If it is kept inside about every 6 months. The anti-static properties eventually wear off but the more often you apply this the longer the anti-static properties will stay.

Does the gallon size of Wash Wax All come with a spray bottle?
No, the gallon size comes in a jug. No spray bottle is included.

Does Wash Wax All contain alcohol? I am cleaning a fabric airplane that is finished with butyrate dope and Ive been told not to use alcohol base because it dries out the dope.
