All remanufactured parts come with an associated core charge or core deposit. The "core" is the part that is remanufactured and brought back to specifications. When you buy a remanufactured part, you can send your current part to us as a "rebuildable core". When we receive your core, it will be sent back to the manufacturer, who will verify that the core is rebuildable. The core charge will be refunded once it passes inspection. We are obliged to charge 15 € per kg for freight to the manufacturer, customs fee 4% and PayPal/credit card fee 3% (only if you paid by PayPal/credit card) on your credit. No partial credit is given on bad cores. Although our goal is to exchange your core for our remanufactured part, you can order a remanufactured part without having a core.

Cores must be complete, fully assembled and in rebuildable condition in order to receive core credit. All cores must be returned in the original manufacturer's box. Cores returned must be the same as the unit sold, no cast iron cores accepted.

The customer is responsible for the return of the core. The cores shall be packaged carefully for return in order to protect the core from shipping damage. Our company cannot be held responsible for any shipping damage.

Cores can be returned using your original invoice number as the return authorization number. Write the return authorization number (upon request) on the outside of your package and include a copy of your original invoice.

The Core must be returned within one to two weeks of recieving the original part. Any delay must be notified in advance to avoid forfeiting the Core Deposit.
